What types of payments do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Do we lose all data (i.e. file notes) in our account if our account is not renewed on time?
No, you will not lose your File Note records. Your access to iFileNote will be deactivated. Once your account is paid in full, you will have a full access to all your file note records again.
Apart from online Payment through Credit Card, is there any other way of making payment?
No.iFilenote only accepts above mentioned payment methods.
Can I cancel my account?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your account will be deactivated until you renew or reactivate again.
Is my file note records safe?
Yes. Security is iFileNote's top priority. iFileNote works with it's business partners to ensure data and information security meets current security standards. iFilenote's domain is hosted through an Australian Company, Digital Pacific which protects all its server through customised firewall rules and takes all necessary steps in order to prevent all forms of attacks.On its part , iFilenote will ensure security through update of all its Scripts, CMS installations, passwords, viruses and malware.
